It helps to know your current monthly ad spend, which platforms you're running on, and roughly what your cost per lead or ROAS looks like right now. If you don't know those numbers yet, that's actually one of the first things we'll fix. You can't manage what you can't measure.

Yes, and honestly that's most of what I do. Very few clients come to me with zero history. Usually they've been running ads for months or years, something stopped working, and they want to know why. I'll audit what's there, fix what's broken, and build a strategy around the data you've already collected. No need to start from scratch.

We work best with clients spending at least $10,000 per month in ad budget. Below that, the data volume isn't there to make meaningful optimization decisions quickly. Yes. I've managed campaigns across North America, Europe, and Australia. Paid media strategy doesn't change much by geography, though we tailor targeting, ad copy, and compliance requirements to each market. Time zones are workable. We figure it out.

Almost. We can't take on clients located in, operating in, or primarily targeting Arizona, due to an existing contractual obligation. Everywhere else in the US is fine. Full detail is in our Terms.
